Is it possible to bring the "Comments" Field onto Absence Core Forms like in Self-Service Absence Page? (Doc ID 2916776.1)

Goal

In Employee Self-Service -> Absence Management -> Create Absence, we can enter free text in "Comments" field.

Is it possible to bring about this "Comments" field in Absence Core Forms?
