Goal

 Why the application allows to save Project Classifications with the sum of all class code percentages not equal to 100 for the selected class category?

Navigation path:
1- Using a Project responsibility > search for a Project > go to Options > Classifications.
2- For the same Category > add more Class Code lines having sum of Percentage not equal to 100.
