Symptoms

 When running SAM DATA Processing for a vendor with the same Legal Business Name as an employee vendor results in the following error:

 

fv.plsql.FV_CCR_UTIL_PVT.fv_process_vendor: When others error: Error
Code:-1422 Error Text:ORA-1422: exact fetch returns more than requested
number of rows
 

 STEPS TO REPRODUCE
 ==================
 1. Log in to the Federal Administrator Responsibility
 2. Navigate to / Other / Requests / Run
 3. Run the "SAM Data Process" concurrent Request.
