Employees Rejected in STP Reporting to ATO with Invalid Fringe Benefits Amount Error (Doc ID 2916972.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When submitting STP reporting to ATO it was rejected with the error below.

Reportable Fringe Benefits amount data cannot be provided when Payee TFN isn't provided or is default.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login as AU HRMS responsibility.

  2. Run Payroll.
    (N) Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single request

  3. Run Single Touch Payroll Archive 2022.

  4. Run STP Report 2022.

  5. Try to upload the output file to ATO.

  6. Error occurs.
