Symptoms
In the Capital Dashboard Summary form, under the 'Assets' sub-tab, when clicking on the 'View/Assign Asset' or 'Reverse Asset' icons, the following error is received while opening the forms based application:
ORA-06512: at APPS.PA_MC_CURRENCY_PKG", Line 185
ORA-06512: at APPS.PA_MC_CURRENCY_PKG", Line 187
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Project Super User responsibility (or the responsibility where ECC is implemented and accessed)
2. Project Command Center
3. 'Capital' tab
4. 'Summary' section | 'Assets' sub-tab
5. Click on the 'View/Assign Asset' or 'Reverse Asset' icons and the error is returned
