Symptoms
When attempting to perform simple search via the Work Request form, the following error occurs. This is occurring since the customer
upgraded to 12.2.11.
ERROR
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Maintenance super user
2. Navigation path: Home>Work Requests tab
3. Click on Simple Search button
4. Select Open for the Status field
5. Click Go button
6. The above error page appears.
