Symptoms
Unable to fetch all the records beyond FORMS_RECORD_GROUP_MAX limit in the LOV for AuditTrail >Groups screen.
It does not show any records although there is a record
At the bottom of the screen we see the note: "Choices in list, limited by maximum rows: 10000"
1. Login into System Administrator
2. Go to Security > AuditTrail > Groups
3. Search for the AuditTrail Group or create a new one
4. Search for the table to add in audit group
5. If the row of the table is greater than FORMS_RECORD_GROUP_MAX limit.
6. Then it wont show the records
