Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS)
Oracle Web Application Desktop Intergrator (Web Adi)
Symptoms
Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS) shows difference between Entered Amount from Web Adi template comparing to the amount from AGIS interface and Outbound Transaction form.
The Entered Amount from Web Adi is in decimals for Korean Republic Won (KRW) currency. The AGIS data shows the currency precision decimals were dropped.
The same process works fine for all other currencies, it is just this currency creating the issue.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
- Desktop Integrator Responsibility > Create Document > select the integrator Intercompany - Single Batch Entry
- Fill the Web Adi document and enter amounts (Debit and Credit) in decimals for KRW currency
- Upload the Web Adi
- Run the Intercompany Import Program
- Check the transactions amount: Intercompany responsibility > Transactions > Outbound > the entered amounts have been rounded
Note: the entered amounts have been rounded from AGIS Interface (after being uploaded the Webadi).
Changes
Used a new currency (KRW) in the system.
