On : 12.1.3 version, Chargeable Subcontracting

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The replenishment Sales order does not have the Customer PO field getting populated and it is blank.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The replenishment Sales order should have the Customer PO field getting populated as PO Number.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Interlock Manager and verify if replenishment SO has customer PO number populated
