ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Find Component Pick Release form released from components for jobs. When Move order transfer is created for component for quantity with 6 decimal precision (Example: 20.752942)
Find there is there is still pending transactions and move order for this component, for quantity .000002.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect decimal quantity to complete for remaining decimal quantity.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Carry out a move order transfer in the mobile application (Whse Mgmt -> Tasks -> Directed Task -> Manufacturing -> Bulk Picking. In mobile application, the quantity to issue is 20.75294 (5 decimal places).
2. After transactions, find there is still pending transactions and move order for this component, for quantity ,000002.
