Current behavior:
In Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM), After evaluator team enter evaluation, All the supplier response's status is changed from Active to archive

Expected behavior:
After evaluator team enter evaluation, supplier response change will stay as active.

Steps to Replicate:

1. In SLM application, Administrator Creates an "Audit Assessment"
2. Administrator Publishes the audit assessment
3. Supplier creates Responses to Assessment and Submit.
4. Administrator Closes the assessment
5. Evaluator creates a response to the assessment
After step 5, the status of supplier's response change from active to archive
6. Because of this, supplier's response are not visible in "analyze by response"
