Goal

Can profile option 'ENG: Require Revised Item New Revision' be enabled at any level other than site level. (For example: organization level or responsibility level )

This profile option is only visible and updatable in 'Site' OR 'Application' level. The requirement is to have control on new item revisions for each engineering change at individual organization or responsibility level.
