Data Model in BI Publisher Fails to Save With Error 'Changes You Made May Not be Saved'

Symptoms
When attempting to save a data model and navigate to the catalog page generates the following error/warning is displayed:
Using Chrome Browser:
Leave Site?
Changes you made may not be saved.

Using Firefox Browser:
This page is asking you to confirm that you want to leave — information you’ve entered may not be saved.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login in BI Publisher [Eg : http://<host>:<port>/xmlpserver]
2.Click on New Tab and Select Data Model
3.Create a new Data Model
4.Add SQL Source
5.Add query "Select Sysdate from dual"
6.Save Data Model as "Test". Data Model is Saved.
7.Select Catalog from header toolbar. The Error/Warning appears.
