Symptoms

While starting an OTM instance or trying to log in after starting the instance the following error may be generated.

INFO | 2022/12/28 16:08:16 | Error loading required properties from CUSTOM (property set): Error initializing properties for CUSTOM (property set)
INFO | 2022/12/28 16:08:16 | java.io.IOException: Error retrieving property set CUSTOM
