Symptoms
On : 12.2 version, Workflow Mailer
Inbound email notifications remain in IMAP INBOX folder instead of moving to PROCESS folder causing approvals not to be processed/approved.
Approvals are processed successfully from the Worklist.
Changes
IMAP folder maintenance by moving PROCESS folder to Archive.
