Service Requst Numbers and Links are Missing in the Service Request Confirmation Page (Doc ID 2918681.1)

The Service Request numbers and links are missing on the iSupport confirmation page after creating the SR.

The issue only happens when the Service Request Template only has two pages for the SR creation which uses the confirmation page ibuSRProblemDetails.jsp.

The issue does not happen on the other iSupport confirmation pages ibuSRReview.jsp and ibuSRIdentifyProblem.jsp.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) iSupport Primary User (N) Dashboard > Create Service Request > Select 2 Page Template
2. Populate Mandatory Fields and Submit
3. The service request confirmation page is displayed but the SR number and SR Description are missing from the SR Details.
