Symptoms

When attempting to run the trial balance analyzer the following error occurs:

Error validating parameters: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
Error in validate_parameters at step: 10

To run the Payables Trial Balance Analyzer

• From a Payables Responsibility go to View -> Requests
• Click the "Submit a New Request" button
• Enter in "Payables Trial Balance Analyzer" and hit tab
• Enter the parameters
  • Analyzer Mode : Daterange
  • Ledger : <the target ledger>
  • TB Definition Code : <The definition code normally used by the ledger>
  • Liability Account : <the Liability Account to analyze>
  • Invoice ID : <leave blank>
  • Start Date : <Beginning of date range to analyze>
  • End Date : <End of date range to analyze>
  • Maximum Rows to Display : 1000
• Click OK
• Click Submit
