Reassign Notifications to Supervisor Process Errors Post 12.2 HR RUP 16 (Doc ID 2918873.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to use concurrent program 'Reassign Notifications to Supervisor' using a supervisor which has 2 FND_USER records, one which is end-dated in the past and one current one,
the following error occurs.

From Supervisor selected does not have corresponding FND_USER: -1422 Error Msg: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. US HRMS Manager

2. Navigate: Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request

3. Select Request Name: Reassign Notifications to Supervisor.

4. In FROM Supervisor Field enter a supervisor which is associated with two FND_USER records (one which is previously end-date and one that is current).
