Statement of Earnings (SOE) does not show the Run Result value of an input value with Table Validation.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: HRMS/ Payroll Manager
2. Navigate to Total Compensation > Basic > Element Description
3. Create an element with input value (character) and add Value Set to it (Table Validation).
4. Navigate to View > Requests > Submit New Request
5. Run Payroll or Quickpay
6. Check Run Result in SOE
