Receiving Error When Ship Confirming Trips Created with the API wsh_delivery_details_pub.autocreate_del_trip.
When attempting to Ship Confirm post EBS upgrade from 12.2.7 to 12.2.11, users are receiving the below error:

Shipping Transaction form shows error(s):

Error: The trip selected for ship confirm has errors.
Error: Either a Stop that is associated with an Organization or a Delivery must be assigned to Trip XXX before generating a Master Bill of Lading

This issue occurs occasionally and can be reproduced


AVAILABLE WORKAROUND
Current work around is to unassign all delivery detail lines, and auto create a new delivery and trip.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Oracle Applications
2. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
3. Navigate to : Shipping > Shipping transaction form
4. Search the delivery for which trip created by wsh_delivery_details_pub.autocreate_del_trip API
5. Ship confirm the delivery
6. See the error populated on the shipping transaction form
