In OLM, while creating a new Resource, is it possible to include more values in the Units LOV?

Navigation and/or steps is as below:

1. Login to "Learning Management Administrator" responsibility

2. Click on Resources -> Create Resource

3. You can see a field with name as Units

4. Click on magnifying glass to open the list of values.
