Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When Pricing entity ( Price List/ Modifier) is created from form, Orig_sys_header_ref, Orig_sys_line ref are not populated qp_qualifiers and qp_pricing_attributes tables

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected Orig_sys_header_ref, Orig_sys_line ref are will be populated in qp_qualifiers and qp_pricing_attributes tables while creating pricing entities from form also


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Go to Oracle Pricing Manager responsibility>Price List >Setup
2. Enter a new price list line
3. Run "QP: Update Pricing data for Bulk Loader program"
3. Verify data in qp_list_headers, qp_list_lines,qp_qualifiers and qp_pricing_attributes tables using SQL developer
4 Notice Orig_sys_header_ref, Orig_sys_line ref are not populated in qp_qualifiers table and qp_pricing_attributes
