Reservation Quantity For A Sales Order Line Is Not Correct In MTL_RESERVATIONS (Doc ID 2919389.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Reservation Quantity  for a sales order line is  not correct.
Example:- In a specific case when the sales order line is booked for 6 quantity, the reserved quantity is showing as 4698 in MTL_RESERVATIONS for the sales order line.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Reserved Quantity should be less than or equal to the sales order line quantity

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Order Management responsibility.
2. Navigate to Orders,Returns>Sales order
3. In the sales order main tab enter the required details
4. Navigate to the line items and enter the item and other required details
5. Book order
6. Go to Tools > Scheduling > Reservation Details and select Ok
7. Item reservation window pops up
8. Check the quantity in the demand tab.
9. The quantity is lot more than the sales order line quantity.
