ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Asset Register is showing Negative Net Book Value.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Asset Register should show correct data.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Asset responsibility.
2. Run Asset Register.
3. Notice that the report is showing Negative Net Book Value for retired Assets.
