Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version, Interface Trip Stop
When attempting to run Interface Trip Stop (ITS),
the following error occurs.
ERROR

l_errmsg ORA-20002: 3133: Activity instance 'WAIT_FOR_CTO' is not a notified activity for item 'OEOL/XXXXXX'.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using an Order Management responsibility, create an order with a model
2. Progress the order, then from Shipping > Interfaces > Run
3. Select Interface Trip Stop - SRS request and submit this for the Delivery in question.
