BI Publisher: Conditional Format Dynamic Currencies For Negative Values In Brackets

Symptoms
When running a BI Publisher report in pdf, the negative values are not containing the currency symbol inside the () brackets.
The RTF template can use the conditional format as $#,##0.00;($#,##0.00) but this is not useful because having multiple currencies, not just $, the dynamic conditional format cannot be selected.
The request is to have the option of using dynamic currencies (multiple) in the same template and the currency code for negative values to be inside the brackets.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the report and export it in pdf
2. See the negative values are not containing the currency symbol inside () brackets.
