GST - Location Value Is Not Visible In The Tax Type Accounting Setup After Saving The Record (Doc ID 2919933.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Location is setup under Inventory Organizations.
When the location is assigned to the tax type during accounting setup, it is saved and showing up.
But when the tax type is queried back the Location Field is blank.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The location which was saved during the tax type accounting setup should also show up when querying the record.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Oracle Financials for India > Tax configuration > Tax type.
2. Define tax type and then go to accounting tab.
3. In accounting tab, setup the accounting for inventory org and location.
4. Requerying the same location again shows the location field blank
