On : 12.2.10 version, Change Order

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

after application of the following patches:  34650000:R12.PAY.C ( Q3 2022 and End of Year 2022 US & CANADA Patch 34650000 patch)

Horizontal scroll bar is missing in Edit and Submit Requisition page (edit shopping cart) in iProcurement



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into iProcurement responsibility
2. Add items to cart
3. Perform a checkout from the cart by clicking on Edit button
4. In the Edit and Submit page, the horizontal scroll bar is missing at the bottom
