Symptoms

Following application of Patches 30167545, 33059591, 33861007, 34495320, customer gets workflow error on OPM Quality Sample Creation Process/Verify Event, error "ORA-04063: package body "APPS.GMD_QMSMC" has errors".

Steps

1. Workflow Administrator Web Applications > Administrator Workflow > Business Events
2. On the OAF Administrator Workflow page, click on Status Monitor tab. Search for 'Type Internal Name' = GMDQMSMC. Click Go
3. Select the workflow and click on 'Activity History' tab.
4. Go to the Verify Event activity.
5. Click on it and view the Activity Definition. The error, ""ORA-04063: package body "APPS.GMD_QMSMC" has errors" displays

To see details of the error, login to sql and try to compile the package GMD_QMSMC.

A compile error displays. Enter the following:
