Concurrent Managers Are Failing With TNS Listener Connectivity Post Logical Host Configuration (Doc ID 2920122.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Concurrent Manager Issues

After configuring logical and physical hostnames in E-Business Suite, 
few concurrent managers are failing with TNS Listener connectivity as shown below.

ERROR

 STEPS

1.  Start E-Business Suite environment.
2.  Navigate to Concurrent > Administer form and see that few concurrent managers fail to start.
3.  Internal Concurrent Manage (ICM) log file shows above mentioned errors.
