Symptoms

Problem Statement:
Physical Inventory Launch Adjustment is not triggering the concurrent program instead it keep circle for longer time and then it times out after 3 hours.

Steps:
1. Login to Oracle Apps
2. Navigation) Inventory Super User -> Counting -> Physical Inventory -> Physical Inventories
3. Search for the 'Physical Inventories' and select 'Physical Inventory Launch Adjustment' from the Tools menu..
Find that the concurrent program is not getting launched and the icon keeps spinning and times out...
