On : 12.2.9 version, G-Invoicing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

G-Invoicing: Decimals are not being considered when performance is pulled on Requesting side

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

G-Invoicing: Decimals are should be considered when performance is pulled on Requesting side

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step1: Navigate to GINV Requesting View responsibility ->  Create GT&C
Step2: Navigate to Orders -> IGT Orders->Create Order on Requesting Side and Push to G-Invoicing
Step3: Pull Order on Servicing
Step4: Create Delivery performance on Servicing with Decimal Amounts.
Step5: Push Performance to G-Invoicing
Step6: Pull performance from G-Invoicing on Requesting Side.
