Symptoms


Cashflows are not appearing in clearing form to clear from cash management responsibility

Inflow Cashflows are appearing but outflow cashflows are not.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cash Management Responsibility> Bank Statements>  Manual Clearing> Clear Transactions
2. Provide bank account name> Select Cash Management Cashflow
3. Click on Find> No records found
