When attempting to create a new plan from Succession Planning while user access page Find Suitable Successors For Job : Suitable People
the browser keeps on loading until timeout error is raised.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1- (N) Succession Planning responsibility.
2- From Succession Planning Portal go to Manage Plans.
3- Click on Create a Plan button.
4- Provide all needed information.
5- Click on Show suitable Successor button.
6- Select competencies or keep default from job mapping.
7- Click on Continue button.
8- Choose some criteria to minimize the data and press Continue.
9- The browser keeps on loading until timeout error is raised.

Changes

 Upgrade to 12.2.11
