Period Average Rate Type is not considered for Expense account translations.

Period Average Rate Type should be considered for Expense account translations.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: General Ledger Superuser
Navigation: Currency> Translation [Provide parameters to submit Translation process GLTTRN] 

Verify the Translation by running "Trial Balance" and "Trial Balance - Translation" report for both Source and Target Ledgers respectively. Then by calculating and comparing the balance amounts using conversion rate.
