Symptoms
"Transfer Time from OTL to BEE" for an employee is resulting in below error.
ERROR

"The OTLR error is: ORG_ID MISMATCH".
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to OTL Application Developer Responsibility (or equivalent responsibility) > Submit process Transfer time from OTL to BEE.
2- Enter Parameters : Employee #XXXX , from Date 02-Jan-2023 , to Date : 08-Jan-2023.
3-Process completed in error.
