Symptoms


When attempting to IR56B: Annual Employer's Return Hong Kong (Full),
the following error occurs.

ERROR in Log file

Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 34176; columnNumber: 46; : XML-20121: (Fatal Error) End tag does not match start tag 'NameInChinese'. at oracle.xdo.parser.v2.XMLError.flushErrorHandler(XMLError.java:441)


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to HK HRMS Super User
2. View > Submit Request
3. Run IR56B: Annual Employer's Return Hong Kong (Full)
