Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, CLAIMS

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Status_code of ozf_claims_all and ozf_claims_history_all are not in synch
Claim status is closed and same is updated in base table of OZF_CLAIMS_ALL table. But the status is PENDING_CLOSE in OZF_CLAIMS_HISTORY_ALL table. This is leading to discrepancies.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Status_code of ozf_claims_all and ozf_claims_history_all are expected to be in synch

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Oracle Trade Management
2. (N) Trade Management > Claims > Drill down to any CLOSED Claim
3. It does not show CLOSED status as the last update. Last one shows as Pending Close
