Unable Open Pricing Dashboard Using ECC Developer Responsibility

Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version, ECC Order Management
Followed the steps to have ECC v8 setup,
and completed section 8 and 8.1.
Getting error while trying to access Pricing Dashboard using ECC Developer responsibility.
When we try from Oracle Pricing user Responsibility, we are able to open the Dashboard.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as ECC Developer responsibility
2. Navigate >Advanced Pricing >Pricing User Dashboard
