Goal
The Responsibility which is being used to create the Service Request from Repair Order Form have access to multiple OUs through MO: Security Profile. The Profile Service: Restrict Operating Unit by MOAC is set to Yes. The profile MO: Default Operating Unit, MO: Operating Unit, Service: Default Operating Unit are not set to any values.
Now while creating the SR from Repair Order Form, the SR OU is getting fetched from Site Level value of the profile MO: Default Operating Unit .So unable to create the SR with another relevant OU which have access from the specified Responsibility.Is this intended ?How to create Service Request With Operating Unit Entered In Repair Order Form List Of Values(LOV)?
