On : 12.2.10 version, State Periodic Wage Listing Enhanced (SPWL)

When attempting to submit the .mf file created from the State Periodic Wage Listing Enhanced (SPWL) to the State of Oregon website the following error occurs:

Import error unsupported file format

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using US SUPER HRMS Manager or Equivalent.

2. Navigate to Process and Reports > Submit Process and Reports > Single Request > State Periodic Wage Listing (Enhanced).

3. Using the Parameters:

          State: Oregon

          Period:                  Quarter 3 2022
          Report output        All GRE’s single output file
          Format:                 EFW2    
          Transmitter            Company Name
          Create audit report Yes
          Fold output            Yes

4. Locate the .mf file from View > Payroll Process Results > Action Type Magnetic Report > and End of Quarter Date.

5. Submit the .mf file name which is the GRE name and extension of .mf.  Example:  VisionOR1222E.mf

6. Observe the Error on the Oregon website.
