Symptoms
Invoice Attachment opening issue for the file Format .msg
Issue with Invoice Attachments for the file format .msg. Tried to download the .msg file but it was opened in Different naming convention & format like "fndgfm.jsp". instead of ".msg" .
Tried to exclude some special characters in the file name. It worked only specific invoice not for all.
Steps:
1. Payables Responsibility > Invoices > Invoices > Create invoice.
2. Attach a file of type ".msg".
3. Later try to open the ".msg" file.
4. file tries to open in different name and format like "fndgfm.jsp"
