Symptoms

Internal Sales Order (ISO) Direct Shipment transactions from organization which is Serialized At Sales Order Issue to organization which Serialized At Receipt stuck in error

ERROR

The source item instance XXXXX, in Subinventory YYYY, for Organization ZZZ in Oracle Install Base does not exist. Please verify that any receipt transactions were successful. (ITEM=XXXXX)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Internal Sales Order to ship item from Org which is Serialized At Sales Order Issue to Serialized At Receipt.
2. Pick release and pick confirm the order
3. Receive the order.
4. Go to Install base administrator responsibility and submit Interface installbase lines
5. Navigate to Installed Base Administrator responsibility > Transaction Error Processing for > Search for error transaction
6. Reprocess transaction
