Symptoms

EAM - Oracle Enterprise Asset Management , Work Requests, release 12+

 

Work Request creation fails with Error but there is no error message.

 

Steps to reproduce:

  1. [R] Maintenance Super User
  2. [N] Work Requests tab
  3. Click on Create Work Request button
  4. Enter the required data and Save
  5. Error occurs. No error message. (just Error)
