R12: AP: 1099 NEC PDF Format Payers Field Address Line is Not Aligned/Cutoff

The 1099-NEC PDF format cuts off the bottom of address Line fields.
The following is a sample output of the issue:
For Example: This can make a lower case "y" look like a "v" and "g" look like an "a"
In the above image, the word "way" is printed as "wav" and the word "Wilmington" is printed as "Wilminaton"

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1) Run the "1099 Forms PDF Format" passing in NEC for the Return Type parameter
