Israel Localizations: Open Format BKMVDATA.txt File Size Is More Than 5MB, Which Is Not Accepted By Israel Local Officials (Doc ID 2921269.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
As part of Israel localization audit requirements, the generated Open Format data "BKMVDATA.txt" file is more than 5 MB which is not being accepted by Israel local tax authorities.
Zipping the files or running the report by quarter (or less duration) also generates file which is not of acceptable size.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The file size should be lesser than 5MB which will be acceptable by the Local tax authorities.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Israel Localization responsibility.
2. Go to View > Request > Submit a new request.
3. Execute the CLE: Israeli Localization Populating Open Format Tables (Request Set).
4. Observed that BKMVDATA.txt datafile generated is more than 5MB size.
