API OKS_STATUS_CHANGE_PUB.CHANGE_STATUS failed with error:This operation is not allowed for the contract/line in the status - HOLD (Doc ID 2921392.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Support Codes


When tried to change the status of contract from HOLD to Active using API OKS_STATUS_CHANGE_PUB.CHANGE_STATUS below error is thrown.

This can be done through Application without any error.

ERROR

This operation is not allowed for the contract/line in the status - HOLD.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the API API OKS_STATUS_CHANGE_PUB.CHANGE_STATUS
2. While executing the API pass the Contact Number XXXXXXXX
