Symptoms

After enabling SSL, the reports are not getting executed using the Report Job scheduler for BI Publisher.

Steps:

     1. Enable SSL by following the Steps 1 - 6 from Km article below:

- OBIEE 12c/OAS: How To Configure SSL Including Examples (Doc ID 2188982.1)

    2. Create a simple BI Publisher report and schedule it. It should produce a PDF on SFTP location.

However, the report is not getting generated using the scheduler for BIPublisher.

    3. Under Administration > System Maintenance > Scheduler Configuration, click on 'Test JMS' button.

The following error occurs when clicking on 'Test JMS' button. 9502 is non-ssl port and that port has been disabled since SSL Listen Port is enabled on 9701.
