Selecting "Display Next Notification After My Response" and Reassigning the Notification Returns to the Same Notification (Doc ID 2921443.1)

Symptoms

Selecting "Display Next Notification After My Response" checkbox and reassigning the notification shows the same notification instead of next notification.

Steps to Reproduce the issue:
---------------------------------

1. Login with issue user and go to Full worklist and open a notification.

2. Select 'Display next notification after my response' checkbox and click on "Reassign" button.

3. Reassign the notification to another user.

4. Notification is getting reassigned but showing the same notification instead of showing the next notification.
