Symptoms
Applying upgrade Patch 31856789 fails with below error in the worker logs:
ORA-20006: Migration WFPWDMIG.sql failed. ORA-20005: Migration WFPWDMIG.sql
failed. ORA-20004: Migration WFPWDMIG.sql failed. ORA-0000: normal, successful
completion,l_errmsg=,l_retcode=0
Reading jobs from FND_INSTALL_PROCESSES table ...
FAILED: file WFPWDMIG.sql on worker 2 for product fnd username APPLSYS.
